What you share

We collect your email, city or country, participation interest, and, if you choose, your name and phone number. We also save the date and version of your consent. A temporary daily network identifier helps limit form abuse.

How we use it

We use your details to coordinate movement activities, respond to host and volunteer interest, and send the updates you agreed to receive. Phone details are optional. Text contact is separately optional. Joining does not confirm attendance at an event, reserve a place, or automatically subscribe you to a separate community platform.

Who can access it

Authorized organizers and the services used to host and manage the movement may process your details. Signup records are kept in private hosted storage. We do not publish signup lists or sell your contact details. Local volunteers do not automatically receive access to the whole list.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your record, or stop contacting you. Contact Kevin through @peaceloveawakening on Instagram, or reply to a coordination message. Include only the contact address needed to find your record. Do not send sensitive information publicly. Organizers will verify requests before changing records.

Retention & age

Organizers will review inactive signup records within 12 months and remove details no longer needed. The online signup is for adults 18 and older. Media permissions for interviews are requested separately; signing up is not permission to film or publish your image.

Cookies & third-party links

This page adds no advertising trackers. Hosting services may use technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site. Links to Partiful, Instagram, and TikTok lead to services with their own privacy terms.
